Racking and bar-coded bins are installed at the customers site and bins checked for agreed levels on a regular basis by our JIT technicians.

This type of service has the advantage of reducing customer stock levels on site and can lower on site stock values.

Customers use the Kan Ban system to keep both standard fasteners and special turned parts at preset levels and by mirroring customer stocks at Bright Screw long lead times on certain items can be avoided.
